Customer Reviews about Veterinary Emergency Service & Veterinary Specialty Center - Middleton
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took my eight month old puppy Whiskey in 3 weeks ago for parvovirus and the staff was amazing and extremely supportive! I would suggest this emergency veterinarian to anyone! They were sensitive and non-judgemental :-) if I ever need an emergency vet again I will not hesitate to get in my car and drive an hour and a half because it was extremely professional and worth every penny and moment that I spent there with my beautiful lab pointer mix... Whiskey is feeling much better! She's completely back to her old self and I couldn't be more blessed:-)July 03, 2017by Samantha Wilson
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Extremely upset with my service. I brought my dog in on a Saturday night n was told on the phone it would be $82 for someone to look at him. When I got there they asked if they could give him pain meds. I said yes please do. Then I was told someone would be in to discuss his care. A lady came in with a quote of about $1500 n that was to make him comfortable until Monday, x-ray, n ultrasound. I was left alone to try n process. When they came back they stated they already did the ultrasound n x-ray n would more then likely need to plate or amputate his leg which would be another $5000. I was at a complete lose n had no idea what to do. I recently had surgery of my own earlier this year due to remove cancerous cells and as a result can no longer have children. Beau was my boy that I adopted. I was told they made a special call to the manager n sent them a picture of my dog. They said I could sign him over n they would find someone to pay his bills n care for him. At the time I was truly honored by this. One of the vet techs Sydney said she was going to take him. As Monday approached I thought it would be easier n I did the right thing. But it hurt like hell n I knew I made the wrong choice. I called to get his records n got the run around with what was actually wrong with him. Finally I found a vet who was honest n said he could pin his leg. Now as I sit here Monday night there is a go fund me page for my dog whose name has already been changed n with confidential information blasted all over Facebook. I'm would never recommend taking your animal here.May 01, 2017by Linda Lange
